carbohydratequeen asked: Try to set a very reasonable budget for the day and make sure you read the serving portions. You should never not eat because that's actually bad for you especially when you're exercising. Keep in mind that if you want it really bad then you'll get there, but I think the most important thing is have a good attitude about yourself. Do it for you and because you want your health in check. ;) Don't worry, you'll get there!
