A lot of people feel guilt when they mess up or they find themselves slipping with their diet/exercise, but that's ok! It happens, no one can program themselves to that kind of discipline right away. Go easy on yourself. The point is that you're going to get there regardless. Maybe it's the date that has you worried, and you shouldn't because all that matters is that you'll be a healthier you right?
