How cool is this recipe! If you follow it exactly it’s at or around 170 - 200 calories! What a great metabolism booster and nutritious breakfast or snack.

You can easily cut the amount of calories in half by using only the egg whites (3 egg whites). 15 calories per egg white. Enjoy this recipe! I sure do!
