I know this sounds dumb
But one of my big problems is portion control…and boredom eating…and.. Well everything but i was doing some serious thinking and almost opted to start doin nutrisytem.. But after the EXTREMELY HIGH PRICE came up i said fuck no.. And then i got to thinking couldnt i do my on form of nutrisystem?? Eat pre packaged meals for every meal? So i went to the store and bought lean cuisines.. Now I KNOW they are packed with sodium but all the cals on meals are inder 350 cale and they all taste good.. Im going to eat that for lunch and dinner and for breakfast eat fruit and eggs and yogurt..is this a good idea?? Or is it wayyy to much sodium???
