I LOVE being at school and i LOVE being at the gym.. Well i officially suck at keepin up a blog
Tobsay the least guys i have been actually sticking to my plan.. Im back down 8 pounds to 191 and working out at the gym 3 days a week.. When my membership hits 1 month it will be more becuz i can go tp the one thats closer on the weekends..im sure most of you guys dont care but ive been battling a strange sickness for the past 4 weeks.. Horrible feelings
Weighed in today after 7 days of working out and dieting. Restricting my calories to under 1400 calories and working off up to 600 calories a night at the gym and i gained a pound… Im not happy

Me and my instructor at school started a biggest...
We made a chart and whoever loses has to buy the other a $25 gift card to wherever they want!! We both have set a 20 pound weight loss goal by march 14…attainable if we work hard! First day eating 'clean'
For brunch i made a fruit puree with frozen raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and peaches and 1 tablespoon of sugar in the raw.. I know sugar shouldnt be in there but i needed a sweet kick and itbhelped all in all its only around 150 calories!

Just ran my first 3 miler...3.23 to be exact..
I dont know if it was the feeling of frustration or the thought of that dominos pizza sittinf in my stomach but i fucking did it!!!!
